Additonal TRF form

Our center retains Test Report Forms for a period of 60 days after the release of your results. If you require your Test Report Form beyond the 60-day period, you can request an Additional Test Report Form. You can also request an additional TRF if you need to send your test report to an institution.

Please allow 5-7 business days for the processing of your Test Report Form. It is important to note that IELTS scores remain valid for a period of 2 years, and you can order your reports (TRFs) from ETC Central.

Administration Fees $40 plus tax

Courier fees – Additional $40 plus tax

All TRF prices are subject to sales taxes and are included. TRF and courier fees are non-refundable.

If you wish to request to courier your Test Report form please request for courier request saperately. Please be advised that it will take 5-10 business days for the TRF to be delivered via courier.

Please be aware that if you need an extra TRF for Canadian immigration purposes, you can request to have one sent directly to you. However, it’s important to note that Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) only accepts IELTS results submitted by the applicant. Please ensure that you select “FOR CANADIAN IMMIGRATION” when submitting your form. Please note that we are not authorized to send IELTS results directly to Canadian government authorities or immigration agents.
