COURIER TEST REPORT

To request courier service for your test results, please note that you must have taken the test within the past 60 days from today’s date.

If your test was taken more than 60 days ago, you will not be eligible for courier service. You can still get your test report form by requesting through the additional TRF request service. Standard Courirer fee $40 + tax.
